First and foremost: A visit to the Kornfeld Gallery is highly recommended. Alongside Dieter Jung, the gallery also presents current works by Brazilian artists who are still relatively unknown in Germany.

In the following lines I would like to introduce a representative of the Zero group, Dieter Jung.

Dieter Jung, along with other pioneers including Otto Piene and Heinz Mack, made significant contributions to the understanding of light phenomena and their influence on color perception in art. He disseminated the findings of his research to a wider public through painting, installations, and the application of holograms in art. He also worked in the USA for an extended period in this context.
